Juice Republic are to open up a Juice Shack in Whitstable South Quay. The unit will be operated by Kent Mobile Bars and will be housed in one of the Fisherman style huts. Opening in October in time for the food and drink fair the shack will be retailing the full Juice Republic Fruit Juice and Smoothie range. Paul Bishop of Kent Mobile Bars said, "We are delighted to be operating the new Juice Republic outlet in Whitstable. This will be the latest in outdoor and mobile bar set ups we have operated for the company and if successful we plan to keep the operation going right the way through 2009.
