Arranging an event or party? Maybe you are planning your wedding reception? At Kent Mobile Bars we know just how difficult and stressful these occasions can be, which is why we've come up with package that takes care of everything in one go. Leaving you to get on with invitations and other arrangements.

The Party Package offers you a number of crucial components that you will need for your bash. And the good news is that if you select the Pay Bar option (your guests buy their drinks from the bar) you can have everything listed below free of charge - that's right   NO HIRE CHARGE!

Here's what is included in the package:

• A 12m x 6m Marquee (as shown in the picture) which can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests.

• An optional 6m x 3m extension Marquee which can be used to either increase floor space or be used as a chill out area or food serving area.
• A 3m x 3m pop up marquee Bar Serving Area attached to the main marquee.
• A 3m length Bar Serving Station (have a look at The Red Bar in the picture above, a popular choice).
• A fully stocked Bar with main brand quality drinks with a good selection of non alcoholic drinks too.
• Multiple Beer Tap serving points for quick service.
• Beer Coolers for dispensing up to 4 draught beer or cider products.
• 2 x Bottle fridges for other chilled drinks.
• All glassware or smart PET plastic pint, half pint, 12oz and Wine Glasses.
• 1 x Ice Making Machine.
• 2 x professional serving staff/bartenders.
• 1 x PA and Sound System.
• 2 x ipods loaded with party music plus an ipod mixing station. 
• A Temporary Event Notice (which provides the necessary license to operate a pay bar and provide regulated entertainment). 

ALL THIS IS PROVIDED AT NO COST TO YOU PROVIDING YOU HAVE MORE THAN 50 GUESTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 YRS.

Don't fancy the pay bar option? Don't worry you can still have the set up described above at a competitve hire cost. Our charges start from as little as £400 depending on your location and the set up you require. If your preference is to provide a free bar or subsidised bar we can easily design an appropriate drinks menu to suit your budget.
